• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.

• Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards and personalised items, are not eligible for return.
